  • Chi­nese Kids Art: chil­dren learn var­i­ous art tech­niques includ­ing water col­or, acrylics, sketch, Chi­nese brush paint­ing, and cal­lig­ra­phy.
  • Brush Paint­ing & Cal­lig­ra­phy: chil­dren focus more on Chi­nese brush paint­ing tech­niques, water col­ors, and Chi­nese cal­lig­ra­phy.

Teacher Background

Chuang Laoshi com­plet­ed a mas­ter degree at the Nation­al Tai­wan Nor­mal Uni­ver­si­ty, major­ing in fine art.

She taught Chi­nese Paint­ing, Water col­or, Sketch, Design, Cal­lig­ra­phy and Per­for­mance Art in the junior high school in Tai­wan for over 15 years.

Through­out her artis­tic career, Chuang Laoshi focus has been on tra­di­tion­al Chi­nese paint­ing and cal­lig­ra­phy. Dur­ing 2004 and 2011 she held per­son­al gallery exhi­bi­tions in Taipei and Kaoh­si­ung, Tai­wan, mul­ti­ple times. Her stu­dents received numer­ous awards for their art work. For Chuang Laoshi, art is the source of inspi­ra­tion and the way to see the beau­ty of nature and human­i­ty. She has learned a lot though shar­ing expe­ri­ence and knowl­edge with her stu­dents.
